Before joining Reid &Wise, Jun Yan has over 13 years of experience serving many brand-named accounting firms such as Kahn Litwin & Renza, Sullivan Shuman & Freedberg, Suya Jincheng, etc. Over the years, she has provided much in-depth assistance and solutions to many publicly traded companies, start-ups and NHWIs on vast amount of complex U.S. and international taxation/financial matters. Jun Yan is well versed in U.S. Business immigration tax planning. She has been the lead advisor for clients of Reid &Wise on M&A tax planning, Streamline Financial Statement Consolidations and Source of Fund matters, etc.Her expertise and previous dealings with China’s often complicated taxation and financial systems also make it a possibility for our global clientele to navigate through the differences between the U.S and Chinese financial regulations with ease.
