| Jun Li primarily supports legal work at the intersection of U.S. business law and immigration law. His responsibilities include analyzing complex immigration eligibility criteria and preparing and organizing petitions for EB-1A, NIW, L-1 and EB-1C, as well as EB-5. Li conducts in-depth legal research, drafts supporting legal memoranda and evidentiary documents, maintains case files, coordinates with clients to gather and evaluate evidence, and assists attorneys with case strategy development. He also has extensive experience supporting U.S. business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance, including drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing corporate governance documents, assisting with due diligence reviews, and coordinating closings for business transactions. Jun Li holds a Master's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Law School, and also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from UC Davis School of Law, where he received the medal for highest LL.M. academic achievement. |
