| Ms. Tang specializes in a comprehensive range of family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Her expertise includes EB-series immigrant visas, as well as H-1B, L, and O non-immigrant visas. She also possesses significant experience assisting vulnerable populations with U and T victim visas. Ms. Tang has a proven track record of navigating complex procedures before the USCIS, NVC, and various U.S. Consulates worldwide. Prior to joining the firm, she gained extensive experience interacting with the judicial system, including handling Notices to Appear (NTA), Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status cases, and BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) Appeals. Furthermore, she is skilled in federal litigation, having successfully assisted to file Mandamus and Habeas Corpus petitions in Federal District Courts to challenge administrative delays and unlawful detentions. |
