Alex graduated from Princeton University and the New York University School of Law. He specializes in family law, with a particular focus on complex divorces, and trusts and estates. He also has extensive experience with complex, cross-border investigations of fraud, embezzlement, bribery, corruption, and other matters, as well as years of experience with corporate transactional matters, including securities and other financial instruments, corporate law, and corporate governance. During his career, Alex had previously been an attorney with Sherman & Sterling LLP, Ropes & Gray LLP, and Fisher Potter Hodas PLLC. Alex speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, English, French, and Spanish, and clients often choose to speak with him in their native language. |
