Reid & Wise Welcomes F. Oliver Yang to Co-Lead its Immigration Department

Business immigration law attorney Oliver Yang has joined Reid & Wise. As the Co-chair of the Immigration Department, Mr. Yang will lead and be involved in E-2, EB-5, and other business immigration issues. Mr. Yang has extensive experience in investment-based and employment-based immigration.

Prior to joining Reid & Wise, Mr. Yang was an attorney at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP for eight years. He was the Co-chair of their E-2 practice and represented both individuals and corporations in a wide range of immigrant and non-immigrant matters.

Before becoming an immigration attorney, Mr. Yang practiced consumer bankruptcy and commercial litigation, and previously interned for a U.S. bankruptcy judge and a Virginia House of Delegates member.

Mr. Yang is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Maryland.
