Matthew Sava heads up the Firm’s Litigation Department, where he specializes in complex commercial disputes, EB-5 investment disputes, securities litigation, cross-border disputes, class actions, and international arbitrations. Matthew started his career as a litigation attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, after having served as a research assistant to Professor David Siegel, author of New York Practice, and a senior law clerk to Judge Carmen Ciparick of New York’s high court, the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Sava has been nominated as Best Litigator by EB-5 Investors Magazine. He has obtained judgements, court orders, and settlements awarding more than $100 million for hundreds of EB-5 investors.
