Prepare employment-based immigration petitions (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW & EB-5), Motion to Reopen or Reconsider, and work visas petitions (O-1, H-1B), etc. Conduct legal research regarding statute, case law, and policy changes in the fields of immigration, corporate law, and litigation. Draft legal memorandum. Assist in preparing consultations with clients and attend meetings with client. Facilitate clients in preparing their legal documents and affidavits. Salary: $93,662/year.

 Requirements:

JD degree and New York State law license required. Proficiency in research immigration law required.
