Corporate Attorney

Practice corporate affairs primarily for US start-ups, private and public companies. Advise clients on company formation, M&A, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Conduct legal research regarding statute, case law, and policy changes in the fields of immigration, corporate law, and litigation. May involve investor visa cases. Draft legal memorandum. Assist in preparing consultations with clients and attend meetings with client, etc. Salary: $93,662/year.

Requirements:

LLM or JD degree, and New York State law license required. Two years of experience as corporate officer or in-house involving M&A and management of regulatory risks required.
