Mr. Han's practice focuses on complex litigation in state and federal courts in the United States. Mr. Han represents U.S. and international corporations, startups, and individuals in litigation and arbitration across various industries in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, shareholder derivative lawsuits, violations of federal securities law, and EB-5 investment disputes.Mr. Han also regularly advises entrepreneurs and startups on legal and regulatory issues involving formation, shareholder rights, internal governance matters, licensing issues, and protection of intellectual property.
While in law school, Mr. Han served as a judicial intern to the Hon. William G. Young at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and to the Hon. Frank J. Bailey in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Han also interned at the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he actively involved in SEC's investigations of multinational corporations in alleged violations of the Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). |
