| Jun Li primarily practices U.S. business immigration law, including Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A), National Interest Waiver (NIW), Multinational Manager and Executive Visa (L-1) and Immigration (EB-1C), as well as Investment Immigration (EB-5). Li also has extensive experience in family-based immigration, immigration bond and U.S. business incorporation. Jun Li holds a Master's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Law School, and also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from UC Davis School of Law, where he received the medal for highest LL.M. academic achievement. |
