| Kelly Dixon is an immigration attorney with over six years of experience advising multinational clients on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and U.S. immigration-related compliance matters. She is experienced in representing multinational corporate clients with U.S. business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1, among others). She has also counseled individual clients in family-based immigration cases. Additionally, she is knowledgeable about the EB-5 program and has experience overseeing project and investor filings. Kelly has worked with individuals and clients of all sizes, from start-ups and small businesses to multinational corporations, in a broad range of industries, including medical, travel, information technology, engineering and the not-for-profit sector. Kelly is admitted to the California bar and graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit University. She also speaks Mandarin and is fluent in Shanghainese. |
