Ms. Wang maintains a diverse practice that includes general corporate, governance, securities and capital markets, with a focus on the structuring and formation of investment vehicles (including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, registered funds, separately managed accounts, co-investments, and joint venture partnerships) as well as providing regulatory advice to investment managers, investment companies and broker-dealers.

Ms. Wang is adept at counseling fund sponsors, investment funds, financial services firms, family offices, and investors in all aspects of their business, including fund structuring and formation, capital raising, marketing, client relations, side letter negotiations, transactions (acquisitions and divestures), investment adviser, investment company and broker-dealer registration, compliance program development and training, governance, fiduciary issues, and day-to-day operational issues.

Prior to joining Reid & Wise LLC, Ms. Wang served in chief counsel and chief compliance officer roles at global investment management firms. Before her in-house career, Ms. Wang  was a corporate associate at a major law firm with a preeminent investment management practice.
