Qiutong Zhao

Qiutong Zhao's practice focuses on business immigration, with experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A petitions.

Qiutong earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Penn State Dickinson Law School, graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 8% of her class, and was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society. Besides business immigration, she has experience working in patent law and served as a research assistant in food and drug law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from Rutgers University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Drawing on her diverse academic and professional background, Qiutong Zhao brings a unique perspective to serving talent visa applicants, particularly those with STEM backgrounds.
