Shiyong Ye’s practice focuses on cross-border litigation, capital market, merger and acquisition, and business immigration. Before joining REID & WISE LLC, Mr. Ye worked at Murray Frank LLP, King & Wood Law Firm (Beijing), Chicago Climate Exchange, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Crone & Rozynko LLP.

- Represented Shenzhen Fenda in litigation against Altec Lansing in federal court.

- Advised China Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. in setting up a joint venture, Atlantis Deepwater Orient Ltd., with Atlantic Deep Sea Drilling Ltd., Inc.

- Advised State Grid Corp. and National Bio Energy Co., Ltd. in project financing under the CDM mechanism.
