| Yiwen Hao’s practice at Reid and Wise focuses on business immigration and administrative law. Yiwen assists our business clients and immigration applicants navigating through the unique and complicated U.S. immigration process. She works on various types of employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, as well as non-immigrant visa matters.Yiwen Hao earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong.
During law school, Yiwen served as an oralist on the Environmental Law Moot Court Team and participated in the 2020 Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. She has also been actively involved in pro bono activities, including helping pro se litigants in U.S. District Court, SDNY. |
