| Yufeng Tang’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, civil rights defense, and cross-border disputes. Mr. Tang has represented clients in a wide range of proceedings, including high profile federal criminal trials, commercial arbitration, employment litigation, and immigration-related disputes. He has independently conducted depositions, settlement conferences, and mediations in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and has appeared before federal judges on matters involving national security protocols. Mr. Tang holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he received the Scholar in Law Award (full tuition) and the Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award. |
